He is really bad when he absolutely hates an organization or government he hates. Can't say more though, sorry.

I take it I could narrow most of these posters about H down to two or three towns. Anyway it all depends on which side of his policies you are on. I can think of about four or five other characters in that area that are much more annoying.

H means well but your right it does appear to depend upon which side your looking at it from.
