correction, cannot even get on when i unlock my door and drop my key.
there is nobody on the other boat, i don't even know if the door on it is locked or not because it registers weight before it does locks but either way i have a crowbar and would like to take care of this unclaimed ship.

If it were locked you would get a message to break the lock first, I believe. You did the right thing contacting marol. Though I must admit I don't know where a body would be moved in such a situation.

It is full of corpses, therefore ship can not be accessed nor claimed.

Is that the policy? That a body in a vehicle or building that is full can't be removed by any means? That strikes me as more as a bug than a feature.

Buildings and vehicles can have bodies removed to the ground for access and you're right that's more of a bug in my mind too.
Boats is the special case though, where would bodies go? Bodies do decay over time however, so in time it will be accessible again. Check back in a few years.

Bodies decay on their own? Since when? I've only recently seen bodies, fully intact, that are decades old.

Bodies do decay. You just can't see the status since people would crack jokes about what would happen when corpses became "often used". Eventually bodies crumple to dust. One of my characters was rather shocked to notice the body of her former crush having vanished after lying 20 or so years in a building. But no one had moved it, it just vanished.
