'Twas not an easy or swiftly made decision to leave off playing my characters, but a new job and other assorted RL issues (including a health problem of a family member) seemed to necessitate it. I tried to keep playing through the chaos but it wasn't working. Thus, what follows is my list of dead characters along with my thanks to the players of the numerous characters that made the game lively and fun for me.

BTW - A big thanks to the player of Sionna for drawing that portrait of Alyssuma and Fugi. I loved it!

My apologies to the players of the characters who were left hanging in the wake of my character's deaths, especially the players of: Bill Skye-Baxter, Fugi Guagadz, Brooke, Lance Avery, Nunni, Tom, Peleus......Oh, heck…..Sorry to everyone. Although, some of you may actually have been relieved. I know at least one or two that are probably rubbing their hands together with an evil gleam in their eyes.

In sum, so many of your characters were played brilliantly and some touched my heart. Others touched a nerve. It was time for me to move on, but I will miss watching your excellently played characters in action. I’ll still be lurking the forums when I can catch a spare moment, but as for playing the game: Good bye everyone and Happy Cantring!

I'm sad to hear that Zenobia is gone. My very first character spawned in Baaak and spent a few years there in her employ. If he ever travels back that way, he will be sad to learn of her passing.

I don't know about the crew but I know one man that sacked the town, or at least part of it.

I have lost over 20 characters in previous accounts, but here's the death list from my current account:

Jett Blackburn - lived for 6.75 years - died in a duel with bone clubs.
Malon Nolam - lived for 0.1 years - animal attacks (I think).
Henjin Jon - lived for 10.8 years - dire wolf attack.
Jen - lived for 2.35 years - starvation due to unavailability of food and neglect.
