People in a Vehicle
Y'know, at the moment, when you roll over a character's name, a box pops up with any description you might'a assigned them?
Well, how 'bout this. When you see a vehicle arrive at your location, you can roll over the vehicle's name, and a box comes up, showing a list of the people inside.
The box would also appear when you roll over the name, on the Buildings&Vehicles page.
You know it makes sense.

Oi! No hijacking.
Marol: Oop, hadn't thought of that. The pop-up could show the current occupants, no matter when the event happened. To find out who was in there at that time, you'd just look for anyone that exited or entered the vehicle since.
Make sense?
Alternatively, the pop-up could show the vehicle's occupants at that time. It might take a little more effort to implement, but... it's an alternative, all the same.

I don't think it's a matter of effort, but of database load. If you did that, you'd have to create new database entries each hour for each vehicle in the game, and these would remain for seven days in the database. It would create a huge amount of data, I would think.
Also forgot to mention that you'd have to keep track of when every character saw every vehicle, so the right entry could be pulled up.
