generally leaders of towns should be awake every year or so. there is one on the pok island that has been sleeping for YEARS but there is a feeding schedule that keeps her alive. annoying.

o_O every year? lol no.. generally, leaders of town should be awake every 1/20 of a year (i.e. every day)

I have to agree.. Having a leader that sleeps the majority of the time doesn't help the town they are running...

The leader should be the most active member of the community. If not then someone else should take over.
