Death on Omeo
It's been three days but I seem to remember something about the three day rule being extended, and I don't know, I think if I said more I'd spoil some things IG anyway. So, if someone who killed a guy on the Omeo continent three days ago could PM me, I'd greatly appreciate it. I want to know the implications of the life of one of my last living characters. Thanks.

Well, considering in Cantr your characters are usually so far apart none of them have any chance of seeing each other... no, this isn't really spoiling anything
The closest I've got is that one of my characters was helped to be killed off by a character that had previously saved another of my characters from a very-soon-to-be-lethal imprisonment. Another close call is when one of my characters heard about the death of another character far away... the death of whom one of my characters had witnessed. But other than that characters are far too spread out to hear anything about the situations that other characters are going through, let alone to hear the outcome of one of your other character's death.

I have 7 characters. 4 are on Pok Island and 2 are on Cantr Island. I imagine that people with 15 characters are going to have quite a few CRB-possible encounters, if my experience with uneven distribution across islands is common.

I haven't had that problem actually, but it depends on your play style more than anything I suppose.

Well, even if charries spawn on the same island, it's not like there's really any sense of connectedness between the towns. As far as I've seen, people voyage outside of their hometown only on "resource runs" (wherein they leave their town, politely ask the town they go to for permission to exploit resources, pay some sort of tax, and leave, with no other interactions), or to wage wars that happen for no apparent reason. So, if your character, Pointlessy McPointless, decides to up and die, well, no one will hear of it farther than a town or two away, barring extreme circumstances
