Surcoat and Shield Coat of arms

This is a mixture of protection Items and cloths, so I put it in the general suggestion area

For those of you who don't know what a surcoat is, it is a cloth that crusaders wore over their chainmaille to signify who they were, (just google Surcoat under Images)

Also I want to be able to paint my coat of arms on my Iron shield and my Surcoat, or like a Dymamic Naming thing so instead of seeing a Iron shield, you see....
Ex. a man in his twenties attacks you, you deflect his attack with the "Freedom fighter" (a Iron shield). you lose ... strength

And it would show up when you click on someone,
You see:
A bastard sword
A hammer
The "Freedom Fighter" (A Iron Shield)

One more thing, we have Iron Shields but what about just a pure steel shield? Different from a Targe (am i thinking that is it tis the Targe?)
I know item nameing/tagging is accepted but this is a little different

I really like the idea of being able to give clothing and shields descriptions but, unless this would be really easy to implement, I think that there are other things that there are other things that the Programing Department should do first, because they are really understaffed right now.

Surcoats wasnt used jus by crusaders. Its the comon cloth that was used in midleages. In those ages it was woren like this. First linen underware, then cotes, made aout of wool cloth, and surcoat made out of wool with lining and there coud be While cotes were closer to the body, the surcoats were bigger, probbably ment for the colder weather.
