I wish, but I always figure in a "maniac" chance, and the more people that are armed is that many more that could "go off", so until someone has been around long enough to be trusted (2-5 years) I normally make sure that they aren't armed well enough not to be killed in a day by others around them.

Competition...reminds me of a little idea I have that I've wanted to give a try for a while but haven't because of the combat rules, now that they've changed however I think it would be a good time to give an "Arena" a chance somewhere.
"...and in this corner we have Clubfoot Dan, armed with his deadly bone club, going up against the current champ, Kill'em Dead, and his trusted battle axe...place your bets now folks, for in two days we will have a victor!"
Which is another reason I want to drag animals, can't have a proper collusium without the classic man vs nature thing going on.

Civilized is but an illusion that can be pulled apart at any time without warning...
And perssonally I don't think there's any difference in two men fighting to the death in a pit and two men standing in a ring beating the sh*t out of each other on live television...just because something isn't as lethal doesn't mean it's "right". Violence is violence, and is morally wrong, but it is part of human nature is therefore is interesting to people in general, the way it is "displayed" is the real arguement people have with it.

That was the one I was referring too.
Basically most of the reality TV shows are there so we can watch people suffer. How many more TV seasons will go by before we just throw the christains in front of the lions again?

I dont' know, but I'll watch that one
/joking I'll just buy the first season collection
But yeah, that's what I'm saying, we still do some of the same things for entertainment, we just like to believe that what we do today is more civilized then what was done in yesteryears, when in truth it's not, it's just displayed in a different way.
