Where would you like to live?

Postby Cherize » Sat Oct 27, 2007 3:23 am

Of all of the places in the Cantr world, where would you really like to live? Disregard present political systems and characters there. Just consider the environment of the place.

For me Kiii, with the toucans, seems ideal. They just give it a tropical beach vibe.

Any of the uninhabited places with long abandoned buildings, as long as there's animals to hunt, ways to fix the meat and eggs, and somewhere to plug my computer in and get online.
Of course, I'd have to have a load of iron and steel, and a crowbar, and a crossbow... heh...

Actually, I've always enjoyed a few places.
Quillanoi South, Seatown Hills, Lakeside (though recently that has been more quiet than I'm used to).

And somehow I identify with one of my chars in one way; he's a real man of the sea, only docking to hunt, maybe farm, maybe trade... but he lives on his sloop, in the great wide blue... I envy my char for that, dangit...
hmmmmm beer.... pizza.... computers.... women... stir-fried furry little critters...

It's one of those things that I'll probably change my mind about 500 times, so mauybe Sanchez' suggestion is best. I thought about a life afloat - then you'd see most places, but it'd be pretty lonely most of the time.
I think at the moment it would be Kwor - the sea, all the food I'd need, and it ain't far to quieter places like the Beach and Forest for when I want to get away from it all.

Seatown forest has good resources and it's close to food and limestone is not that far either, sounds like a good option. I can't think of any perfect location for me but some place without dangerous animals, close to a source of wood and with a natural source of food. Wheat and sugar would be nice too then I could make more advanced foods. I'd like the temperature to be warm but not too hot.

Lakeside Village used to be a great place to be. An think of the night live that would be going on in Dory... The town that never sleeps!

So long as I had a sports car, i think id live anywhere on cantr island actually. i mean really, how long should it take to get across the island? then maybe have a raker in every harbour, so i can go to sea whenever i wanted...

The Drojf-Krif region.

Just gives me that Scottish feel (or is it Irelandish?)
