My sig: I've never hunted, let alone had a weapon other than a knife in my hands, but I'm sure that "I am".

Carpe jugulum is the title of a book... Know by what writer and from what series?
Life is fun. Play naked with Psycho-Pixie.

i want to say Terry Pratchett (Disk World series), but I'm not sure. I could look it up but that would be cheating...

That's correct. Without looking it up, I would say, its plot is set in Uberwald. Assuming, that my latin did not let me down.

Sam Vimes as an ambassador, I believe. It's been a while ago, and I've read all of them, so I might be confusing some here.

That's one of the better ones.

I love Discworld, I really do. I've got something like 15 of them, and I've read most of the others. w00t,

Oh, I got all. At some point, that is. Gave a few friends a few of my precious books, and forgot to attach the automatic electroshocking device, in case they 'forget' to return them.
What's your favorite character? I think, I like Vetinari best. Always in control without noticeable effort. I would like to talk to him, although I might die of fear after 15 seconds.
And Death, of course. He's so cute, when he tries to be conversational and greets his clients with a fresh 'HELLO'.
