earthenware windowbox should use clay not wood

Postby psymann » Fri Sep 28, 2007 1:28 pm

Hello,

Seems odd:

http://www.cantr.net/mwiki/index.php/Ea ... _windowbox

That Earthenware Windowbox should use wood, not clay. Just as Earthenware Flowerpot uses clay.

Wondering if that was a typo when setting it up. Perhaps there could be an earthenware one _and_ a wooden one? :)

The wood is to hold the earthenware planter, which requires clay.

The wood seems reaonable.
Perhaps another version made with either iron, copper or something else appropriate would be good though. There are some woodless areas after all. 8)

The woodless areas can make use of the portable earthenware flowerpots, which require only clay.
