I got the "you're not allowed to view other peoples' events"-kinda thing... happened once or twice, or maybe three times at the most

I keep getting this quite often now also while having a character talk , it just flashes up the error and spits me back the main page events and flashes the character in white. Meaning, I then have to click the character again to see it went through okay and i'm using IE.

Yup, that's what I also got... didn't find it a big thing as things go through okay, just that I get the error message when it sends me to the main characters page (the one where all my characters are).
And now we know it's not just a Firefox thing...

Does the autorefresh work on the player page as well?

For example... can I camp on my player page and wait for a character's name to turn white?

Today i had a point where refreshing would have been useful but it didn't happen. Simple, i'm on the player page, a char shows in white which differs from a minute ago so i click. Someone spoke to me in public, i read it and type a reply, when i click talk to all and after a while the page is generated it shows he spoke another sentence which put my reply in a somehow odd perspective. :? His two actions were listed at the same cantrminute, mine showed up one cantrminute later.

I noticed at work on Friday and maybe Thursday that in IE, if something new has happened since it started counting down, it won't refresh when it gets to the RQ.

Remember there's some amount of seconds between refreshes (currently 30), so it's not real-time. To be sure wait until counter goes down to RQ.

Auto Refresh! NOT Awesome!

Could someone add an option in Player details so that we can turn it off please?
I'm getting pissed off with getting thrown back to the player page everytime i try to do something that takes longer than 30 seconds (virtually everything).

But it starts at 30. Then it starts over. So it keeps starting to count down.
