i jsut simply renamed the ship with all the tools needed, but not only the title changed, a sign apeared naming the changed title... wtf ?
i jsut want simple name/title change, i dont need any stupid signs... btw how can i add signs with paintbrush and a chisel?
the more stupid thing is that i cant permanently remove the last sign, there is no such option... jsut change or replace

It leaves the last thing you remembered the vehicle like it would a sign but only you can see it.
Ex:
Ship is named Booty Chaser. You originally remembered it as Booty Chaser (key 55555). You want to name it Wave Crasher. You take your tools and change the name. To you it will say:
Wave Crasher
[Booty Chaser (key 55555)]
Because Booty Chaser (key 55555) was the last thing you remembered it as. Just remember it as Wave Crasher, then you won't see the previous name. No one else that hasn't specifically remembered the name will see it as the previous one.

Here's some news for you, every bloody building and vehicle there is needs a name that people can see. You could name it "unnamed vehicle" or "." or what ever you want but there needs to be some text because it's used in LINKS that people click on. If it didn't have a name then people couldn't click on it when they see it in the bloody events. If you want your ships name to be a secret then you can call it something else than what the sign says and no one else will know. It's just called a sign but it's not necessarily a plaque or anything, just the word carved, painted or chiselled in the side or door of the vehicle/building. If you change the PHYSICAL name then others will see the change too, while if you change the DYNAMIC name (happens instantly and no tools needed) it's just known to you and no one else. I don't know why you have to be so bloody hostile.
