Take a look at the number of suggestions made, and approved.
Take a guess at the size of the programming staff. (I'd think 2 or 3 part timers).
Think of the work involved - I'm sure it's not trivial.
With any big change, a lot of thought must be given to the consequences of any such change. Will it upset the balance? What will happen to the wild animals? Can it be mis-used? Will it slow the system down like the previous playing around with animals?

Wiithout putting any deadline on it , this suggestion is probably the next major development to be implemented - this has been discussed by both ProgD and RD and a development plan is being worked on.

Is transporting animals gonna be included? I'd love to bring my cow over the mountains, does a deer fit into my car? If not how about a goat, and on my motorbike? And the trouble trying to keep them well-fed and healthy, and not gnawing the rope.
