I'm doing research on the TSE stuff, and you get it from eating infected meat, which is why people got Kuru. As the person above said, the women and children ate the brain and second class meat which meant that they would more commonly be ingesting the infection. If they had not eaten infected meat, they wouldn't have had the problem, so it isn't that everyone will eventually get it if they eat meat of their own kind, but they'll get it if they eat infected meat.

Well it has been an important part of cultures on earth so it would be interesting. The towns that practice this probably would'nt have much in the way of tourism though.

Not all cannibals are vicious killers. Most are kind, fine young upstanding individuals. They wouldn't raise a hand in violence. If you die, why let your body go to waste? Don't you want to give something back to your community?

Humans taste like pork, why else would human meat be called long pork?

Cannibalism would make those stillborn newspawns useful... on some regions. Though that might encourage people to murder newspawns on low-food regions. If people would gain and lose weight based on how much they eat then newspawns could start out lighter and it would be more efficient to eat the old rich people rather than fresh spawns.

Well not really... It's like the whole cow thing. If you considered all the food they ate over their life time to become so meaty then it would show that it was not at all efficent. Unless, of course, it wasn't that town's food they had been eating... :twisted:

It is sick. It is not in game and should never be added.

Let me say it this way.
Add families and children. Then the children can be open for pedophiles.
They are both sick.

What suggestion next? Anal lube?

WTH is up with you tonight? Forget to take some meds? Cannibalism is a reality that should be allowed to be explored. Maybe you should loosen that death grip those things you call morals have on you. Remember, it isn't what you'd do in Cantr, it's what your toon would do. And if all your toons have the same beliefs as you,then you sir, fail.

Cannibalism and pedophiles are reality. Both are sick and should never be put into game and my characters would never ever have to even think of them.
OH. My characters have no morals. Some like to kill people for no reason.
Some like to kill thieves. Some would not hurt anyone, not even an animal. Some say do this or I will kill you and if you do I will make you rich.
Do not play the moral card with me.
And as I have said in other threads I do not controll my characters and I have no idea what my characters are doing.
I can see the role play value of cannibalism and some food, but beyond that...

So, like basically what you're saying is that you've completely changed your position on this...or are you saying that it would be a good idea, but you want to keep people from doing it?...

It makes sense.

There are places where newspawns die of starvation. Of course anyone in that situation would turn to cannibalism...the will to survive...

Not to mention its role in society would be a very, very fun thing to RP.

I already know this is an old topic but I wasnt around to comment when it started. I think the whole buisness of it is great. I can just imagine jewelry made of human skulls or people stew or a person hide jacket... the beheading thing.. that is a wonderful idea. I would applaud the day it came about myself
