Because, as the title suggests, they're waiting for the Zine to be released ;)

But clicking the link in your sig doesn't bring them any closer to the next one being published. :P And the answers to that are right here in this thread!

I am Jon, and I played John Locke, too. But critically speaking, I think the better "writing" came from Hobbes' narration, not Locke's tales.

You know... he's only in his three thousands here :P so, ten thousand posts is quite a stretch.

I'd like to put an official note on this though, since I'm one of your 'lovely' *gags* editors. We issue a well... issue... every four months. I'm not sure how exactly we come up with the date, but its every four months, and then its out. Its been discussed to make more like every two months, but we don't have NEARLY enough submissions, and I'm sure you'll all get bored of the same ol' editors. Right now, we pretty much have to beg for submissions, and yet some of you play ALL day on the game :P

Don't worry though, we will prevail over this madness called laziness. Even if it means I have to actually stop playing video games and sit down and write something intelligent for you to soak up and complain about not having more :P hehe, I'm only playing of course. I'll see about us making them abit closer... but we may need another editor or maybe even two to pull that off. So, if any one is looking to write about Cantr... do speak up.

Well I have submitted a couple of articles for the next webzine since I have started to enjoy reading it. I hope that helps. I will also try to make it a point to send at least one article from now on when each webzine comes around.

About needing more editors... What exactly is involved in that? I mean what do the editors do besides compile the submissions? I am just curious, because if it is something I can help out with then I might be able to make the time for it.

This is our current release schedule:

Image

Release dates are:
January 1st
April 1st
July 1st
October 1st

That's every three months. Four times a year.

Elros, editors edit articles (and compile them as needed, as you mentioned.) We also discuss between us what articles we have available to publish, write our own articles, and chase up articles that people have promised us. We try to think of ideas for new and interesting items, and try to encourage everyone else to contribute something to the zine. And, finally, we upload the whole thing for your enjoyment.

Not to disagree with my colleague, but personally I think we're okay as far as editors. What we really need is more input. Regular input is especially welcome! :D
