I'm afraid there are several players who couldn't care less about punctuation. You know I once proposed Cantr should have a literacy test like in KoL (not like it was any hard there, the player just needs to know the difference between their, they're and there and your, you're and... hmm, how did it go again? And what's the colour of someone's favourite black horse) but Jos himself rejected it because it would be discriminating the poor people who can't spell.

Just play it as if he talks fast. No punctiation is easier to read than some of the crazy accents some people expect you to understand.
