For Rent

Postby Indio no.9 » Sat Mar 06, 2004 7:45 pm

Has anyone ever rented out buildings? Seems like a thing that could be done as long as the owner is powerfull and keeps a hold of the key.

Well, like I said, I pretty much just saw the services offered..I'm not sure how well it worked. But I'm sure it would work in places with laws against trespassing, since the landlord could just revoke the lease and have the guy arrested if the tenant wouldn't pay.

In Quillanoi some people rent buildings. Goes quite well, but Quillanoi has a well functioning money and law system.

I imagine it would work well in Tircqi, too. There are a lot of people there with stuff to store and process, but the buildings would have to be furnished with ovens and stuff to give them an edge over the bank. A bit too much investment if you ask me.

Or maybe a building with different rooms in it and different rooms can be let out and th owner can have one room, and there can be a room with the facilities inside so everyone in the building can use it.

maybe a building with steel and iron making facilities or clothes making things in it and you rent out use of the machines would be better and you get a percent of the finished product would be a better way to go.

There's a building like that on Blaman mountains, it has hallways, rooms, and inside guest rooms are a kitchen and storage, with cooking facilities.
