This series is brilliant and very well written. If you don't usually like movies/shows set in space, that doesn't mean you should disregard this show. There are no aliens, or cheesy creatures.


This is current Firefly review on Amazon.com. Now our Cathy Willey is from the same place. So I'm wondering if this is Cathy or just a very wierd coincidence?

Can we only have one or two threads about firefly? I come for cantr, and as cool as Firefly is, I don't want to have to wade through a zillion firefly threads.

Just because I watched 4 episodes today doesn't mean I want to keep reading about it.


By the way, 'war stories' is an amazing episode.

I have to admit....he sure does make firefly sound very very interesting....although I haven't succumbed yet. Maybe I'm the only one.

Lol... If you want to read about Cantr the "non-Cantr related discussion seems the wrong forum for you.

Anyway. in 3 1/2 hours the first episode of Firefly will be on TV here. :D

Yeah, that's quite an issue with all foreign series on TV here...

I can all but hope they have learned from the past. Quite a few X-files etc.. fans were complaining.

Read the other threads with Firefly or Serenity in them.

But Firefly is the greatest tv show ever by Joss Whedon that is now being made into a movie named "Serenity".
