hell, even hackers are hireds by companies to protect them from threats.

This said, there are no such thing as hackers in cantr.

I think cantrians should follow the status quo of their socitey. Change doesnt happen spontaneously, but is brought on by a foreign force, say a democracy interacting with an empire.

nobody should spawn, and say something is wrong.

I agree with Mr. Bones. A lot of 'morals' define behaviour that is essentially self-interest or self-preservation in any case, though generally with more long-term goals and from within a group. The difference is whether somebody tells you that or you figure it out on your own. Moral ambiguity is fun to play, imo, weighing potential consequences of decisions and how able the char might be to figure it out. The hard part about anti-social chars is consistency. Seko has a good example where acquired hatred of an organisation or group motivates unruly behaviour. Random killers are less interesting.

I don't think they should be in the real world, but there are plenty of places where they are -- and maybe we might learn something from the experience of roleplaying that. Something uncomfortable, perhaps, but valuable nonetheless.

Where are the societies where women treat men like chattel? That would be a fascinating place.

Where are the towns where tulips are so valuable that people would trade a house just for a handful of them?

Where are the societies made of people who live on ships, traveling together from place to place but mostly living on the open sea?

Where are the towns dedicated to ritual human sacrifice, to ensure good crops or keep evil at bay? Or where witches are systematically identified, interrogated, and burned at the stake?

Mostly, Cantr is like a bad Renaissance Fair. With motorcycles. All the fey trappings of medieval life but none of the harsh realities. And no sign that any other kind of world is possible.

Here, you see, we come to one of the biggest problems with Cantr. Even if some players wanted a society like that, it would be impossible. Because, they would either have to:
1) Blunder into each other, and somehow or other recognize that the other character is a person of like-minded intent.
2) Tell each other exactly where their characters are, or try to organize IC things OOC... and thus be guilty of a Capital Rule violation.

Both mean that the societies you have come up with (which sounds like way fun :D) are impossible, because we have no idea whether the people in the general area would be up for such a thing, nor would we have anyway of coordinating efforts OOC. The spawning system we have makes this even more difficult... even if, somehow, a group of individuals dedicated to a weird/cool idea were to collect themselves, it would be literally impossible to make sure that all the newspawns in that town would be okay with playing along with that bizarre variant.

Oops, I've just made myself 100 times more disenchanted with Cantr by virtue of making that post  but oh well :P
