Someone else had some problem with that amount of food, but I don't know why your account is locked. I'm going to move this to General Support and hopefully someone with some answers can tell you what's going on.

The food issue has been resolved - I'll look into the account issue

the account was initially lock to prevent people from taking advantage of this problem. A message was also sent to the player right away.... but it seems that the message did not get to the player in time before a post was made.

But the account lock has been resolved already.
