I'm sorry, I may be jumping the gun, do you just mean the whole car subject in general?

I only ask because you haven't addressed the subject in any other way. Haven't shared your interest or theory's, only found time to redicule my statement. I ask out of genuine curiosity.

Perhaps it's because Camino is your screen name, which was driven by cock rockers in the 80's who were most likely assholes? After the 80's, and all it's greed, it's no wonder other countries aren't fond of us.

Guess it's that time of the month again.

5 posts in a row? Gotta be some sort of a record.

Now hold on there Chrissy, I drove an El Camino all through the '80s. I am a musician, and was playing rock back then, but I don't remember being an asshole. In fact I don't remember much from back then. This pic is of my 1966 El Camino. It was taken in 1987 in Lime Rock Raceway in Connecticut, where I used to go camping every Labor Day.

That was one of the best cars I ever had. Faster than almost anything on the street, (425hp), comfortable, and got 18mpg if I took it easy.
If you drive an old Chevy, you're all right by me!

El Camino's are cool. I was thinking of a Camaro.

I, for one, do not have any plans to get a car anytime soon. It's New York City! Walking is faster!

Yah.... I'm reading up on ways of not to look too conspicuous on my trip to Italy. Apparently, the more I research: in Europe, an American can be spotted just based on the shoes and clothing that they wear... in other words bright or branded clothing or expensive tennis shoes basically makes you an easy target for petty theft in Italy.

Any comments? I know there are Europeans here and I was wondering if anyone can confirm or deny these claims... as people talk a lot of **** when you are talking with them in person to seem knowledgable, so is this stuff true or not?
