Redefine it as a Lecture with hints of contempt.

@Nitefyre (excuse my ingorance towards your sophisticated capitalization/decapitalization pattern, you should make a lecture of the motives for it, with hints of contempt :p): Once you understood the idea behind the Capital Rule, it won't be a problem for you to play by it. (1)Many players have managed that, (2) some haven't yet, (3) a few won't ever, (4) very few don't care to. Part of the duties of the PD is to find the players who have not managed to play by the CR, and to identify their particular subcategory (2), (3), or (4), and to proceed from there.
You should probably just try to read the Capital Rule again. It's really not that difficult to understand, actually. ;)

On this forum, in the announcement section, you'll find a clarification of the CR as well. It's not literally a clarification of the Capital Rule, but it is a clarification on one of the PD's current policies derived from the Capital Rule. The Capital Rule hasn't ever changed since Cantr II came to life. However, the clarification, as well as the 4-days-rule, was a necessary addition, since the PD can't deny the fact that there are the categories (2), (3) and (4).
For (2) and (3), the clarification was meant to make it easier not to get in trouble with the CR, for (4) it was meant to have a simple argument to get rid of obnoxious players.

Yes, Cantr II is likely harder to pick up than a console game, but no one denies or has ever denied that. :p

And lastly, Nitefyre, the PD has always offered players to mail them, if there are problems understanding the CR. You should have specific questions about it, though. If you want a general idea of the CR, read the text I gave you as a link above.

@PsPx (I insist on the x :p): The 'yelling' comment was a general one, not directed at you specifically. I'm not generally against yelling, but in this particular case, I think, there has been enough of it. :)

But that's not yelling. It is showing that you would yell if you were next to the person.

Anyways, I can't hear from up here.
