Well, if you are all bored then I can point you all in the right direction. You see, there is this show called Firefly, that is being made into a movie called Serenity by the way, that is about small spaceship 500 years in the future with nine crew members. One is a honorable captain named Malcolm Reynolds who had his hopes and dreams dashed away at a the Battle of Serenity Valley in a war where he and many others fought for their freedom. Now he has found freedom onboard his ship named Serenity, committing petty crime to keep gas in the engine and food on the table. He is very protective of his crew and has a dark side to himself that was born after his side (the Independent or called the Browncoats) lost the war. Aboard the ship is his first mate, Zoe who fought alongside him during the war. She is a no bullshit, kick ass gal who is married to the wacky pilot (Wash). Then there is Wash, the wacky pilot who can do just about everything with Serenity. You want a Crazy Ivan, he can give you the Crazy Ivan! Then there is sweet and cute Kaylee, who knows engines better than anyone and gives the crew the care free heart that knows no hate. Then there is Inara, the Companion (or prostitute) who is the most respectable member of the crew (prostitution is an legal and respected business in the future). No one knows why she is Serenity since she could have so much better elsewhere though we all know she is in love with Mal. Then there is Jayne, the mercenary who would betray his friends for a few bucks and a room to himself. But there are many who would call him hero. Then there is Book, a preacher who wants to see the verse beyond the abbey. Even though he is a dedicated preacher, he has a dark and unknown past and knows too much about weapons, war, and killing. Then there is Simon, who gave up everything to save his little sister. He is trying to find his place in the new verse he has discovered and find a way to heal his sister. He is the doctor and probably th best damn doctor in the verse. Then there is River, Simon's mind reading and insane sister. She went to a government school and the government used her to experiment on. They cut out parts of her brain that allowed her to suppress her feelings. She is extremely smart and knows things about people that she shouldn't. And I lied, there are ten characters because Serenity, the ship itself, is just as much a beloved character as any of them.

Keep flying, Serenity! They can't take the gorram, ruttin' sky from us!
