I couldn't tell you if my boat is moving or not cos it's in open sea. Landtravel however is easy to keep track off, the traveltick at about 15:00 wasn't counted.
I was also shifting some resources about and got "invalid argument SQL errors" all over the place, as i did more it grew worse but when i logged out and back in it was fine again.
