Tiddy please take note:

It is not frekvenses.
It is frequencies.

It is not perfect, but you may want to try
http://dictionary.reference.com/ for single words.

Why does Cantr forum not have spell check?
Cantr has how many cross language users?
I think that a spell check is a necessity.

Would this be a suggestion?
I would hate to put a non game suggestion up.

Now on topic:
Not willing to man it?
Do not build it.

The Surly Cantrian said it best
Don't just acceuntuate your chars laziness by having ProgD solve it for you...

And a fax machine? That is just a way to bypass the one disadvantage of a radio, having to be inside to hear it. Well, to you people I say deal with it. Plenty to do inside anyway. Especially if you ever make the stupid error

Your suggestion is already kinda out there in the hopper anyway.

Learn some Scandinavian?
Not to be rude, but...
Is this not an English forum?

Delgrad, the person who wrote frekvances was the same one asking that his English be excused. Such comments as yours don't seem very helpful.
As to your suggestion for a spell-check... the forum is a "bought in" facility over which the Cantr staff have little control. It is a horrible barely accessible thing for me, but I persevere, and you'll have to excuse errors on my part as well as those who don't write your form of English.

Delgrad, of the 15 languages people play Cantr in, Suggestions forums are available only in Polish and English, and not so friendly to TTS. We welcome the suggestions all players have, and spelling really isn't important (note that Pie is a member of the Resources Department).

My most sincere apologies Tiddy. After looking back I see the quote FUBAR.

Sanchez,
I did not know that suggestions were offered to only two languages.
I have no clue what TTS is.

I have no problem for those who do not have English as their first language. I only thought that I was helping someone to learn a new word, although the wrong person.

I no Pie is staff and his spelling has gotten far better. I have mailed Pie once or twice on a word or two. Ask him.

Do not ...
Well I whent away for awhile and have forgot the rest. Oh well.

Could off-topic posts be removed or moved to another thread? This thread is about a suggestion about radios. Not about language skills.

It's "know" in this case, and not "no." Also, "went" doesn't have an h.

You might want to pick your own nose before you pick someone else's.

Anyway, when I quoted you, I noticed a dotted red line under your name and also under whent, (there it is a again) so it appears that something, either the forum or my browser, has a spell check already.

If you're using Firefox then I think that spell check underline is a new feature of the latest version. I recommend it to everyone.

Yeah, Firefox has a ... spellchecker. Well ain't this funny, both Firefox and spellchecker are underlined as misspellings! XD spell-checker? Ok, maybe it should be spell-checker. And OK ought to be spelled all caps but maybe that's a bit too anal.
I am sometimes annoyed by people who spell so badly you can hardly guess which words they mean but if someone has only been studying English for less than ten years then they should be excused.

TTS is text to speech, useful if you can't see or can't type. I really don't care how people spell if their ideas are interesting.

Reminder to the staff member that split these posts to mention that they were the one to split/move it and to try and remember to put it in the Forum Management thread. :) Thank you!
