Funny thing, when I tried viewing this page in Russian Windows-1252, it didn't work. But anyway, that's what Cantr Russian texts usually use.

There is no "Russian Windows 1252". The charset for Russian is Windows-1251 (Cyrillic characters used by Russians, Bulgarians, Serbs...). You tried windows-1252, which is for Western European languages (English, French, German, Spanish etc.) using Latin scripts.

Gack, you're right! So easy looking at just the numbers, remembering it was 125 something, they you see it on the list and don't happen to look at the text part. No wonder it didn't work.

Can anyone fill me in on how to change the encoding? I've recently landed in a Polish area and, even though I don't know any Polish, I'd like to see the characters instead of [] in the middle of words.
