Turning of the numbers hasn't been implemented yet, or at least wasn't when marol wrote that it will be implemented. Will won't equal has.

When reading notes in foreign languages you should no longer see trash istead of national letters.

Thanks marol. I think this is related to the "Wrong encoding?" link on notes now. A great improvement to translating dictionaries.
