We are your betters, we are those who brought you into this world, we are your masters, your commanders and your pimps.

Kneel and beg forgiveness bitchiz

Edit: And you lot could invent your way out of a paper bag.

British (inc. Scottish) peeps brought you:
The steam engine
The Railways
The electric motor
The electromagnet
Tin Cans
Flushable toilets
Harrier jump-jets...
Computers (And don't let no smelly 'mercan tell you any different)

Smelly 'mercans brought the world:
Telegraph
Artificial heart
Fat people and Vaseline (preferably not together...)

Heh, we no longer belong to you, besides, had we not have bailed you out in WWII, you'd probably be speaking German now.

Oh, and another thing, fat people existed long before America, I believe some of your Kings before the colonies were fat. :P

Other things we contributed:
Heavier than air flight, light bulbs, steel hulled ships (Think the Monitor in the American Civil War)(I stand corrected, Read below), both countries' achievements go on and on, something that could become rather tedious and annoying to the others if we kept going.

Oh, and Solfius, if we invented it, it's our word :P

True .. but also annoying if people claim things which aren't true :) The first steel hulled ship was a French Warship - La Redoutable - The Monitor wasiron hulled - and not the first - SS Great Britain (British) was the first iron hulled vessel - Nor were they the first iron clad warships - that honor belongs to the French again.

He missed there, but I've got a very important one America got... the digital computer, designed to calculate artillery trajectories, and the internet, orriginally designed for our military to relay information.

I stand corrected, I was wrong, I forgot about those ships. Unlike the sterotype of Americans I keep running into, I'm not too proud to admit it when I'm flat out wrong, nor are most people I know, thank you for correcting me.

But, as I said, both America and Britain have made tremendous advances in technology, some of which both countries came up with at nearly the same time, to go over them all would be splitting hairs and would take years, neither of which I'm quite inclined to do. :?

We really didn't need bailing out in World War Two though. Russia had already pretty much crippled Germany by the time the Americans came into the war

i wouldnt say russia crippled germany, the russians were just as crippled as the germans were, having just about lost their entire male population... I think the bigger help was the fact that america supplied the allies for so long, without the atlantic supply routes GB would have had a lot more problems.

Though, if hitler had waited until he beat GB before he attacked russia, germany would probably have won...

On that note, Germany would probably have won if hitler wasnt such a psychotic fckhead

So because America contributed to the war, somewhat, THEY won the war?
I really have never understood this logic.

It's easy to understand...
They have hollywood, and therefore have made all the blockbuster movies about themselves, and there ya' go, people's minds are forged.

It's true, Russia suffered the largest amount of damage through the war, but they destroyed the most aswell. I'm not going to go searching for accurate numbers, but Russia's population was large enough that they could lose 3 men for every 1 german killed, and would still come out on top.
