What is the longest you have had a couple together? I think my charri with the longest relationship is aproximately 38/39 years.... (and still going)

I always found it was kind of weird thing to do also. Never really got anything out of it.

Don't know the exact times but 2 of my chars each had relationships of about 20 years.

right now im working on a little over a decade, nothing formal however, we've just grown very close togeather.

One of my characters had a relationship. It was VERY interesting, and ended with in 2 years or less. Lets suffice to say that it was drama, with alittle drama thrown in on top. o.- Real fiasco if you ask me. Great RP though... which is what I think relationships are for. (In game and reality :P)

right now, i'm working on negative 14 years. (14 years with no relationships EVER!!!)

Well, as the rule says... don't let OOC effect In game (to the best of your ability) so why let IG effect your overall game? If anything, RP your character committing suicide in grief o.- It will make sense, and you'd no longer have to play that character. Then you could build a legacy with another character if thats what suits you. Any who, I've lost things after working hard for them in game. Sure, not 20 years worth of it, but I try, and fail, so try I again :)

Married almost 29 years.. They were together a couple of years before that... and they've known each other since she spawned which has been 33 years.

Most of mine don't have relationships because they don't look for them. If it happens, it's cool, if it doesn't, that's cool too.

I've never had a character live to be more than 30 so no longterm relationships because of this. I've only had two chars with husbands and a couple with boyfriends. My longest relationship by far would have been Dismai married to Nicki Blackrock. I think they were together about six years or so before she died.
