If we want (I do want) some of this being implemented, we need to be able of eating/drinking things when we are not wounded (or you couldn''t get cirrhosis unles alcohol is a healing food and you manage to be wounded often).
¿Why?... yes, just for gluttony... and roleplay..
I would like to roleplay a drunkman with real (not feigned) cirrhosis.
