Okay, making radios with wires is one thing, but robots? To make something like that you would have to make a lot of wires. Each individual piece would have to be made, the project would take decades, at least. Oh, and the mind...that's another thing.

Fuel consumption has already happened.

So.....

If we could make robots I'd spend 50 Cantrian years on it.

Hell, I've already spent 20 cantrian years on my boats. For a robot I'd def spend at least 3 times that.

and if you have 3 people working on it then its down to 20 years. If you have a major city working on one, maybe like 5 years and its done.

If it was a vicious attack robot, I'd spend 40 years on it easily.

People signage!

we could have a nametag,

like a piece of note paper on a pin, costs 2 grams of iron and the person must be wearing some article of clothing on the upper body (to pin the nametag to) or they could pin it to themselves, but can never heal about 99% while wearing it.

Zanthos , Please don't clutter the spoof suggestions thread with perfectly valuable suggestions which have already been accepted .

A little time searching could have found Nametags and embroidered items in the accepted suggestions forum.

I'll have you know both ProgD and RD take the spoof suggestions very seriously, most of our recent development plans have come from the excellent ideas here and we don't want our hard work undone or contaminated by sensible previously accepted suggestions, if this was the case then players may start enjoying the game and we all know where that will end up - in disaster :!:

OOooo.... best idea here ever! :D

Jos should descend upon the game world as god and perform miracles and then we should all follow him. And then he could use his powers to kill anyone he didn't like instantly, along with half the island he lives on so he can live in peace in those towns and eventually just become a legend when people that venture into those towns never return and no-one can remember why

aahh, sorry. I won't suggest something viable here again. uumm, maybe we could have headcrabs as animals, you know, those things from halflife? They die in like one hit from everything, reproduce at a rate of 5 per day, even on the road, and do 5% damage. And every one attacks every day

OOHH, in we get computers, there can be a game called Rtnac, which is a war simulator and you get massive weapons designed to kill sleeping people and destroy societies, and the object of the game is to kill as much as you can while stealing resources and notes that happen to by lying on the ground. But ther server hates everyone who would play the game so it'll eat up the seemingly endless ammount of minutes your given, because it takes a game hour to process clicking a link.

Rtnac?
ohhh!...smart one...

Its not like they started having games like that right after computers were invented. But I wouldn't mind the wait. :)

What would really be cool is if we could work on technology. I'd have a scientist character, and I know of some towns who would go crazy with technology.
