To be honest with you all, I have had a lot of reason to dislike Nick. But I've gotten over all that, and in my opinion, I think he should be allowed back. I agree that he's been banned long enough and that he's probably learned from what he did before, not to do it again. But that's just my opinion. >.>

Jos could probably take away staff powers if he wanted to, but that wouldn't be very smart...anyway I don't have any opinion about Nick.

Learning your lesson is learning your lesson.
Forgiveness is also forgiveness!
Personally I like to forgive but not forget. People change. It was the old Nick that was banned. If he is no longer the old Nick then the ban shouldn't hold.

This is not for or against Nick, I am merely pointing it out: it is really easy to fake forgiveness or any kind of real emotion online so while I personally would like to believe and do think he's changed, this post that he made shouldn't really be taken into consideration on bringing him back.
Then again, I don't really think that was his intention, and I really think we should stop trying to show support or opposition on this thread. Someone else on here has said this already, but it should be said again methinks.

Just because you're older, smarter, stronger, more talented... doesn't mean you're BETTER.

Yeah, Nick didn't ask for you guys to rally against Cantr and bring him back, but it's out of line to even suggest on your part that the cell responsible for banning/unbanning of participants should make a decision based on the larger populace's views and opinions. Otherwise there'd be no need for the GAC and players department and so on, and in similar light, no need for the resources department as players would chose the balances.
My point is, while it's all good and well to post about bringing Nick back and why it's such a good thing, (and indeed it's very nice to do that), there are people in power to make these decisions, and make them for us.
So accept his apologies, abuse him for any suppressed anger you had/have, and move on and await the response from the GAC.

Grade ten english class would of labeled the assumption under the concept of "tone", Oasis.
You might not be able to hear it on the internet, but typing is still writing.
People like to argue. (Well, I do at least. Especialy on the internet), and this thread + your immediate response + you being GAC = Juicy argue-soup in a pot just waiting to be stirred.
Anyway, I hope pressure groups are accepted in the cantr Totalitarian hiearchy. It's a game that involves a lot of hard work, but it is still just a game. Or maybe I just hate seeing people perma-banned from a friendly online-game community, especialy when they stick around for so long.
They should make a monologue forum so I can talk to myself in peace.

Nick played some awesome characters!
Aside from the tactics he used, he was a really good rper.
But I can't recall being one of his victims...
Oh, and Pie: It is spelled 'CHARACTER'. Write this on your hand in sharpie, if you must.
