Map won't change back

Postby dryn » Sun Jan 28, 2007 7:33 pm

I had the round map and clicked to get the old square one. However clicking it again doesn't change it back, it just reloads the old map. (To get back to the new one I have to relog the character.)

Perhaps I am assuming funtionality here where none exists, if so then I suppose this could be moved to the suggestion forums.

I don't think it works like that. Relog the character? All you have to do is click the location tab again and voila, you got the circle again.

Yet, it would be nice to be able to click the map to get the circle one back... More intuitive, and not so hard to program, I think.
But that would mean this should go to the suggestion forum... anyone can do that?

I was doing it for maps. The square one has a larger area with less bits'n'pieces.

No, it has not. The circle radius is bigger than square width/height.

And I think you said somewhere, Marol, that the areas of the two where approximately the same, which is what I think Dryn's getting at. But I find the circle far better, never really liked the square view.
