Jos did this one. Or was is Cosmo or Thomas...

Anyhow I know nothing more than what is on the PHPBB site.

I was thinking of making a Cantr theme for this board but never followed though on it.

It would be a good way to learn some HTML and PHP.

for a theme you don't need php ;).

And i don't believe that this board for installing phpbb, but I'll help.

First, you upload the whole board software, chmod a few files to 777 (writeable etc). You have to look in the readme of phpbb what files need to be chmodded. Oh, and when you want to run it on a windows pc, it's not needed, I believe.

Second, make a database.

And as thirth, run the installer script, fill in your info.

Finished :).

I could be remebering it wrong but I though there was some PHP in this theme as themes can replace anything in the default theme.

I don't use phpbb (never used it either), but I know that a lot board software contains a template 'system' which is just html. And with that you can make a theme etc.

I know for sure that IPB has it, since i'm using IPB ;). Best forum software imo.
