*looks up after hearing about the tax* Well, who is going to enforce such a tax? *turns to Bowser* You?

The tax doesn't seem like that big of a deal. I mean we can chop wood all day and only give them less than an hours worth, right?

*Shrugs* Oh well so long as no-one is going to tell me not to I can't see any reason why to pay it

A tax? *he goves over and reads the note* Death? Where is the leader of the Elgas Empire? Bastard can't even build a prison, I want to see this joke and tell him I'm not going to give 10% or 20% or any percent for wood I gather...lazy ass should gather his own wood. *he turns back and chops harder*

I'm all for paying a tax to be given the right to chop wood, but it doesn't look to me as if there is anyone here to enforce such a restriction. I'm sure if we all stuck together, we could gather what we needed tax-free and be on our way.

*still chopping wood* Give it to no one? Leave it on the ground? I am sorry if that is the way you do things here, but that does not make any sense to me. No one is here to collect it...so I will take what I have worked hard for. If any one has a problem with that, tough.

As Bowser said, no one here to give it to, so N, go ahead and waste your wood and drop it, no one stopping you, but it sounds really stupid.

*he smiles* Okay! *he appears completely oblivious to the sarcasm in Spider's voice* Better to be safe than sorry.
