Different language versions of the Wiki

I was searching for something in the dutch wikipedia and landed on the buffel page (buffalo in english). But this word seems to be redirecting to the swedish wikipedia, it seems both languages have the same word for it.

Is it possible to make something like:

cantr.net/mwiki/index.php/dutch_version
cantr.net/mwiki/index.php/english_version
cantr.net/mwiki/index.php/swedish_version

Or should I make some kind of an disambiguation page?

On pages that have the same name as the english. We have used, as we could in this issue, like: 'Buffel (Sv)'

That will solve this issue fast and easy. But someone with more knowledge of the wiki than me have to change this. Change yours aswell, just to be sure. I don't think it will mess anything up on the swedish part of the wiki. Because i don't think we have come that far to translate the animals on the wiki yet.
