Dead body on a bike

There's a dead body on bike "Heaven`s Bike 003 - Free use for all - NO LOCK ALLOWED" in Akypor Forest (north).
I thought bodies should fall to the ground automatically when people die inside a vehicle, but I guess not. Could someone remove the body, so others can enter the vehicle?
