I'm pretty sure that eating less and exercising more is considered dieting... Or i could be wrong. These days it seems a diet is eating nothing while doing nothing but exercise...

I'm eating popcorn like crazy now, lol.. They tell me it doesn't add weight... I want to believe them, but I think it's wrong... Could it really be mpt fattening? I mean, without the butter of course, and just a very small amount of oil...
I want to be a 6... That's all I'm asking for lol.
Um...Dee, you make this sound like a bad thing...maybe I should enlighten you a little more.
When I was a size 1 I was not even a fully developed woman yet. I was 17 years old. I had no shape other than breast. I mean nothing. No hips, no butt, no thighs...nothing. Most guys frowned on this and so did I. I wanted at least curves. It was so bad that even girls would tease me about it. Ask how could I have breasts with no butt. (Kids can be so mean). Anyway, I joined the navy at 17. They too did not approve of my weight. So while everyone had 1 desert (donuts, cookies, cake) with every meal I had 2 and I was put on birth control for other female reasons so the weight started coming on. It came on so fast in fact that my chief began taking away my deserts because she got tired of them having to resize me for uniforms all the time. The guys loved complimenting me on how thick I was getting back there. Esecially since my pants did not fit like everyone elses, they fit tight. By the time I left bootcamp I was a size 5.
The following year I got pregnant. For any female that had kids you would know that even the smallest woman (weight not height) get their womanly hips during the process of growing a child. After having my child I finally had the womanly figure I wanted. I was a size 6-8. After a year and a half I had another child which brought me to a size 10-12 after a little excercising. I try to keep my figure in between 8-10 but 12 was ok since I was so busy. Once I started working it off again I found out I was pregnant so...I will have to wait before I can get my figure back to an 8-10. Either way I look good and I have no complaints.
Anything smaller than that is just to small for me. It was hard for me to get my shapes and curves and I damn sure will not excercise them away. I hate seeing girls who are so skinny and thinks that looks good. They have no butt, some have no chest, and some still want to loose weight. I mean come on...give me a break. I have six brothers and trust me, guys loves girls with curves. Not girls that look like rulers. I suggest those girls listen to that song "Baby got back". lol

I'm sorry I made it sound bad, but that was not intended at all. A lot of my friends are size 12, so of course I do not think of it as bad or fat, I swear. I like curvy figures too... I have curves, and my boyfriend absolutely loves them... So I don't think I'm going to lose them... The reason I want to lose some weight is because my clothes aren't fitting perfectly anymore, and that's something that's irritating me.
I defintley don't want to be a "ruler girl" (No offense to anyone) I just want to look good. I already have big hips, so when I gain some weight, just the littlest of weight, I look so fat. So, that's why I'm exercising and eating healthier food because I don't want to look fat.
I hope I made my point clear.

6'0, 11s7 (How many pounds would this be? Is it 14 pounds in a stone or 12 I can't remember)
EDIT: Oh, and I've probably got a different BMI to the one I said earlier because it's been about a year since I last worked it out. It like, weight divided by twice the height in inches right? And anyway, a year ago, when I was 24.8 BMI, I'll admit I was quite overweight. I still am a little, but, well, now that I go to the gym 4 times a week (BTW I love gymming
) I am now far more muscle than fat

The Metric BMI is Weight in Kg / (Height in Meters squared)
To calculate it in imperial measurements you need to convert to metric
Weight in Kg = Weight in pounds / 2.206
Height in Meters = Height in inches / 39.37
Oh and for the UK (and Australia ?) there are 14 pounds to the Stone
So in Deadboy's case 6'0" = 1.83 meters, 11s7 = 161lbs = 73.02Kg
So his BMI = 73.02 / (1.83 * 1.83) =21.8 (which is in the ideal range ... so I'd not worry about still being overweight )

Then that means that my BMI is 1.2??? lol I do not think that is right. Could someone tell me how to figuere your BMI?
