I had several characters not progress on their projects this last tick...
I'm also getting the:

There has been slippage with timings because of the recent lag This means that the project processing which starts at 15:20 GMT has been interrupted by certain backup routines which start at 15:30 - This has meant that not all projects are processed. I've fixed this by moving the Project start time to 40 minutes past the hour (i.e. 20 minutes later than current times) - This will apply to all project processing times.
