I would guess that all buildings have weight equal to the materials used. I don't know if there's any way you can find a building's weight in-game, or any effect it has in-game.

Stacking buildings

if you have a building with a max cap of 400000 you are limited to this weight of things inside of it (a room of 25000 you and a full inventory is 56000g for example).

I never see a building becomes full of anything, but i think it can happen!

and IG i think you cannot find it, but is a info i know is in the database (see recent database changes brick building)

If you build a room inside a building, once the project is finished the materials used on it are not considered to be in the room anymore. They are now forming the new room which is external to the main room, even though they may be considered to be inside it, in a way, as they cannot be seen from outside.

Buildings do have intrinsic weight - as with all objects their weight is the weight of the material used to make them.

Building instrinsic weight does not count towards any building capacity calculations , either inside of the building or in it's parents location.

Building intrinsic weight is used in weight calculations when caclulating vehicle speed (e.g. cabins on boats).
