Even one or two days at an extreme rate can be too much. I calculate carefully when travelling or sailing, and weight is a factor. And those are just the times more is not always available. This endangers companions as well. It's one thing to encourage diversity and preparation of food, but to in essence randomly risk killing chars is quite another.

I like it
, spice up the ol' cantr a little, in fact, I like diseases in general, they are more real, so, let's slap in some sort of dirtiness factor so that characters can completely avoid getting sick or have higher chances of getting sick, that way characters that people really like don't die, but it still lowers the value of life in cantr

Unless the staff decided it was a good idea and actually added it, which at least one member threatened too, you can't actually sneeze blood.
Oh and by the way........
LOL! Absolute, Rofl, LOL! That is one of the funniest things I have ever read in my life, ever!

Awwwwww.... poor Agar............
Anyway, it didn't exactly throw the game into chaos, but people (including me, in fact one of my "law keepers(ie not giving away town or character", regularly checks whenever people sneeze to make sure that no-one sneezes blood and needs to be thrown into jail as a quarateen so that the dangerous threat does not spread, however, strangely enough, He/she has never had to
) believed you and went paranoid about it, which make it really really funny
. In fact rereading it I started laughing again at just how funny it was

Did anyone else see that? I'm thinking we're going to just happen to try that quarintine idea, if the disease is going to progress to a nastier stage like that. He's got 8% damage now, and I don't remember that being there before.

I hate this overeating thing...seems to be totally random with my chars and the only thing I can put it down to is having them work on a project for more than a day or so - which if it is the case means that we'll all have to log in and stop all projects every day to stop our chars eating ridiculous amounts of food... which I can only imagine will make traders very nervous.
Now sneezing blood I could live with...

I hope not, because this is throwing in a monkey wrench that is going to hinder travel and exploration, as others have already pointed out. Players are interested in playing a game - a game that is fun - not a tedious parent that forces players to check in over and over only because they can no longer plan. I fail to see how this new addition enhances Cantr as a "society simulator" - it's just another aspect forced upon players that seems to be pissing off most of them. We're here to RP, not to do chores.

I have never complained about anything in the game of cantr before. Some things may be kind of hard or a little different, but I accept it and RP it, but I have to draw a line somewhere and this is it. I am now officially complaining.
There is already enough stuff to worry about when trying to stay alive in cantr, and that takes away alot of time to could be put towards actually travelling and building societies ect... However, this eating thing is just way to much to deal with. One of my characters just ate a whole lot of smoked meat, and it is terrible.
If the staff that is in charge of this would look around for a moment you would see that practically everyone that has commented on this topic is greatly opposed to this new implementation. Maybe for the sake of losing players, and for the sole reason that this is killing alot of characters off which is making the RPing world even smaller, would be a good enough reason for you to change your minds about this.
