The Fifth Meeting of the Central Party Committee

President Schme holds the floor.

“Greetings comrades! Thank you all for attending.

First off, comrades, I would like to inform you that all criminal charges against me have been dismissed. With this behind me, I will now have some time to do all that stuff that I do, which I assure you, is good for the movement.”

(Silent Apathy.)

“I said IT IS ASSUREDLY GOOD FOR THE MOVEMENT.”

(Applause.)

“Thank you, thank you…. Now, first order of business. Since the Third Meeting of the Central Party Committee, our membership has increased by over 100%! Another clear sign that the people are ready for change and fully support us.

(Applause.)

“Thank you, thank you…. Now, comrades, since the Third Meeting of the Central Party Committee, a great deal of work has been done to further the cause.

Recognizing this, I plan to put those who have proven themselves ideologically ghettofabulous in position to do even more good then before, in the form of promotions. But first, I would like to announce the creation of the new awards to recognize those who have done much to help our cause. I hereby create the Order of Full Coolness, into which the most ghettofabulous party members will be inducted, and whose membership should be aspired to by all party members. Further, I create the two awards of Authoritarian Hero First Class and Authoritarian Hero Second Class, which will be awarded to people who I feel like giving it to…I mean, people who have done good for the party.

First off, I am proposing a motion to induct myself into the Order of Full Coolness, and to award the awards of Authoritarian Hero First Class and Authoritarian Hero Second Class on to our leader, Comrade President Schme. Him being me. I vote yes with my two votes in the Central Committee.”

(Applause.)

“I also put fourth a motion to induct into the Order of Full Coolness N-Aldwitch, for his exemplary services in propagating the party’s views, and to award him the honour of Authoritarian Hero First Class. I also move to award Comrade Phalynx AHFC award, for his services to securing the party and furthering its views, and into to induct him into the Order of Full Coolness, because I don’t think he’ll stab me in the back. Further, I move to award Nalaris the Authoritarain Hero Second Class for his unwavering loyalty to the party. I also move to award Duckers AHSC, cuz I feel like it.

I vote yes on this proposal.”

Now, I appoint Duckers to the Grey Guard and Ministry of Propaganda. I appoint N-Aldwitch Minister of Propaganda and Third Delegate of the Central Party Committee. Nalaris to the Ministry of Propaganda and Fourth Delegate of the Central Party Committee. I appointed formerly known as HF to the Grey Guard and
Fifth Delegate of the Central Party Committee.

Lastly, comrades, I put forward a proposal, which I vote yes on, to thank our enlightened leader, Comrade President Schme, for his guidance, strength and handsomeness, which has brought us through some tough times.

Secondly, I am using my power as an official member of the Central Party Commitee to vote 'yes' to all awards which have been proposed by our glorious leader Schme, and 'yes' as well to the thanks to Schme for his leadership. Further, I propose that we thank Schme again, this time for no immediately apparent reason.
