Just to update everyone; Hevesi won the election but since the Republicans kept control of the New York State Senate he'll be removed before he is able to begin his next term. And the Democrats aren't going to bother saving his butt. All they cared about was that he win so that when he is removed they would just replace him with another Democrat.
