There are still three neutron bombs. It make you wonder why we need the power to reset 37.5% of the surface area of the planet.

Someday when building can be torn down, doors bashed in, or changes in the combat rules, we will see the slege hammer.

But maybe even for today. An iron sledge hammer to do a little better than hand work with iron, stone, and limestone but less than a pickaxe?

Maybe for tree foods too (apples, pineapples, nuts, papayas, and bananas) hitting the base of the tree would be easier than climbling it. Shouldn't be helpful on vines (grapes, the berries, etc.)

That'd be nice. I've got a sledgehammer I'm at a loss what to do with, frankly.

And D.G, it wouldn't so much 'reset' the surface of the earth as 'totally obliterate'

but yeah.

37.5% of the earth is much more then the middle east...it's more like the entire Euro-Asia continent, unless you figure 37.5% of the earth's land mass, and then it would be like north and south America combined.

Each single weapon effects 1/8 of the surface area of the palnet. So that is 12.5%. Basically a quarter of a hemisphere.

Moved: This has techinically already been implemented but due to a problem with the programming that we are currently sorting out and a few other minor things I'm putting this in Accepted as the idea itself is but not into implemented (even though it has) because it does not currently work. :D

Crushing with a sledgehammer is now twice as fast as with a normal hammer.
