Look/help/explain

At Day: 1698, Time: 5:7:17...about October 29, 5 minutes till 11pm, pacific time, I had 112 minutes and then cantr is way too slow to send my message so I go to another website because it is just taking too damn long to load(i thought it might have been my net but other site loaded quickly). I try cantr with another window and about 3 minutes later, it is fine and I log in and have zero minutes. Thanks to the back button on the first window, it shows I had 112 minutes left but now its gone to 0. Now, what fucked up? How did I go from 112 minutes to 0? And, if anyone can, give me back my minutes please. I think my message went through cause now I see my character has lite up.
