One, PD (players department) has nothing to do with this one, that would be the ProgD... Two, a self defence mechanism isn't that much automation... If someone swings at me, I flinch... no matter how little attention I was just paying.

Autoflee could be just in the surroundings of the fight, i.e. runing around the attacker, without entering/exiting any building or taking any way out from the town. And from the programming view, it could be just a bonus to dodge the attacker's hits (given that this fleeing char is spending all his/her efforts into dodging and doesn't counter-attack.

that is stil something that should probably be sett if allertness and vireos deffensive stances ar factored in

since Hannibal doesn't like my english mite as weal go farther by useing every rong veriation thier is and all these puncuation marks and capitols are no fun ether

It has now been proven the system sucks. I managed to dodge one, block one, third one went through the shield. I strike the primary attacker first and miss. Then I hit the one who dealt damage on me and I deal 0 damage. *swears* This shouldn't be happening. This REALLY shouldn't be happening. Can't we have a rage bonus or something?

Come on, if you're taking on three people by yourself you should lose, unless you have drastically better equipment and healing food. In fact it seems like you char was pretty lucky, so I don't get how this proves anything.

I will say that tiredness might have too much of an effect though, a person can usually only get in one or two really good hits. Maybe injuries should weaken you more and tiredness less?

You're forgetting one thing: I am invincible! Besides, one of them only had a bone club. So ok, me and the sword guy would get in a duel, the guy with the crossbow would prolly try to shoot me in the back with a low risk of hitting his friend in process.

Or then I'd charge at the guy with a crossbow while he's reloading and slit his face. Doesn't that sound like more likely of an option? Unless of course he has a blade and discards the bow after one shot. Since one shot is all he would get.

My alertness would be 100% by the time the others attack. I would certainly not continue my project. If auto flee were an option, ok, 30+ damage would most likely make me retreat. But by that time I should've been able to cut someone, at least a little bit.

Are you serious there, your char thinks they're invincible? Well in that case I hope they survived...I tried that before and it didn't go over to well. PEople are just so close-minded!

It was cool for that one glorious battle where his god was miraculously deflecting everyone's weapon and empowered him to slaughter them all. Too bad it didn't last.

Aww... Yeah, it's my charrie, he has survived a pirate attack, three years in prison, stabbing himself in the chest after losing his girlfriend, getting struck with a sabre by a random passer-by, wandering mindlessly on the mountains for a couple of years, hitting a criminal that had already surrendered, insulting several people of high standing/people wielding weapons big enough to support their claims of importance and in one occurance, running out of food while sailing. This may have been the first time he was struck over something he did (the other times have been random bursts of violence). Of course I must recognize the fact that he's but one man against a bunch of angry people, but so far no one seemed to be following. (Though I have been out of minutes all day so how should I know?)

I did no such thing, almost every word I used was spelled right, they just weren't the right words to use where I used them.

Stil, sett, vireos, ar, since, mite, weal, farther, rong, capitols, and ether are all real words last I checked... and veriation I got from the root word "very" which is often mistaken for "vary". Reversing the i and the e in "their" I just did for fun 'because it's also a common mistake. So all and all only two words are mispelled.

Oh I have one character who I swear was pretty much invincible. It took 8 sabre attacks, 6 crossbow shots, 3 longbow shots and various bone club, spear, bag-nagh(I can't be bothered to check the spelling ) strikes to take him down in the end
