Ok, simple as this. State your squat, leg press, how much you can bench, and the like.

Are we in kilos or pounds? Been a while since I did squats with free weights, but I can do it with a 230lb guy on my back. Not sure of my lifting capability, with learning the martial arts to build muscles we build different groups for different purposes. I can break 6 inch thick breaking boards with a punch and 8 with a kick. Size wise, I'm probably one of the biggest cantr players, as I've 26 inch round calfs, 29inch thighs (at last measure) and 1.5 inch thick bones in my lower legs. (Naturally high muscle mass and bone density).

Squwats: 310 lbs
Bench: 280 lbs
Leg press 450 lbs.
Oldly.. my legs are the strongest part on my body XD I'll let you go firgure that one out... though it does suck after 7 times cause the weight takes a major toll on the bummed out knees.
