How do you know you can't use it? The only way to figure out it's working is to check how much you gather with it and how much without it, and if with it is twice as big then it's working. It cannot say "you don't have the right tools to work on this project" since gathering projects don't necessarily need tools. Exept timber, but rubber ain't timber.

Also you won't be adding the tool to the project, though I bet you must've figured that out having played for some time already (I remember thinking that tools need to be added on the project like resources, and wondered why it doesn't work.)

By the way, hi, I think I know who this character is.

... manipulators and liars... who twist your words, leave out the parts that make themselves look bad.... only tell the part of the story that makes people feel sorry for them and make it look like their actions are justified...

Not a good feeling when someone you called a friend... doesn't act like one..

... one day the light will shine... and that person will be found out..

(sometimes cantr is so flippin frustrating)

Strictly speaking Whiskey is the US and Irish spelling, Whisky is the Scottish spelling but both are often used
