There is also a location with coal, hematit and limestone. But it is not a coastal city and there is no wood and stone nearly.
Imagine trading iron for wood 1:1 :)

People with iron sheilds and bone clubs...

My favourite location has:

[wood]
[coal]
[limestone]
[hematite]
[resin]

In the nearest locations are:
stone, gold, sand, cod, seaweed, nickiel, mud... however, there are two paths still unexplored.

3 days from the coast.

Not telling where it is.
